The service sets this restaurant apart. We would be remiss not to call out the Pici Cacio e Pepe and the grilled steaks. The Cacio e Pepe is finished tableside from a whole large melting Pecorino wheel, and is one of the best we have had. As good as it gets. Everything is fantastic, delicious and perfect. The portions are a good size; the waiter even recommended that you share the portion of Cacio e Pepe rather than each having one since the standard serving was 350 grams! Reservations are strongly recommended. The downstairs has a cozier vibe where you can see the meats being grilled over the fire.
