Tenuta Granducale Dolciano is in a strategic position to explore both regions of Tuscany and Umbria. By car, within less than half hour by Montepulciano, Cortona, Castiglion del lago, Cetona, San Casciano, the Val d’Orcia, If you don’t have a car we can come to pick you up at Chiusi Chianciano train station.
This was home of The Medici Family and i will be pleased t tell you the story of the estate and to show you it after our organic cooking class if you like!
You can choose to have a vegetarian cooking class or a regular one!

10.00 AM Arrival at the Grand Duke estate, presentation and welcome coffee
10.30 AM learn how to choose an olive oil and how to taste wines, aperitivo and first toast to this Tuscan Cooking class
11.00 AM Make pastas with organic flours and organic ingredients. Make sauces, sider and dessert.
1.00 PM Eat your cooking class dishes
2.00 PM visit of the estate, church and museum
