Molino49 was born from a careful aesthetic and architectural recovery of an old oil mill from 1949 from which its name derives. By preserving its intrinsic tradition and enhancing it with strong technological innovation in food, it has been possible to make it a truly unicum. All its spaces, internal and external, previously intended for other uses have become: Gourmet Restaurant, Tradition Restaurant, Cocktail Bar space, Show Cooking space and Terrace, each able to offer a plurality of services and offers.
