Going to Pizzeria Onde Verde is a true local experience. The restaurant is located next to the public pool in Fabro Scalo, but don't let this fool you. The pizza is created in a wood fire oven. It is thin, it is crispy and it is some of (if not the best) pizza in the area. If you are a tourist, this is a hidden gem. You will be surrounded by local Italian families and I would dare say that you will be the only "tourist" in this small, local, poolside pizzeria.
